Responsibilities
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Mobilise staff for various corporate or welfare activities
- Liaise with managers to identify and assess training and development needs
- Design training programs
- Conduct job evaluation surveys
- Partner with stakeholders to develop objectives and key results for each role
- Manage payroll
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in human resource roles, collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations and payroll processes.
