Accounts Payable Specialist (45050) Dover, England

We are working with a well-established business based in Dover who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience handling accounts payable functions and whom is looking for a hybrid working pattern.
The responsibilities include:
- Creating all payments within the finance system and manually on the banking platforms.
- Responsible for all invoices from approval to submission and payment.
- To manager the supplier details.
- To open, review and distribute all post.
- Managing the queries and to escalate when required.
- To work with internal parties to resolve complaints.
- To review statements to ensure the creditors balance is accurate.
- Responding to all queries from internal and external parties.
To be proficient in this role, you will need:
- Experience handling a high volume of transactions.
- Experience dealing with accounting related queries.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Self-disciplined and organised with a proactive nature.
- Strong attention to detail.
The Package includes:
- Competitive salary £24,000-£26,000/annum.
- Hybrid working routine – 3 days WFH.
