A global business is looking for a Data Migration Lead for a key role in their Workday deployment programme.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in Workday HCM and HR technology.

- Lead and develop data migration team
- Responsible for data migration planning and execution
- Data analysis
- Data conversions between legacy system and Workday
Key capabilities for the Workday Data Lead (HCM Technology, Data Migration)
- Previous experience (3+ years’) in a global Workday implementation
- Knowledge of the key steps to ensure the success of a Workday programme and able to provide best advise and practises to decision makers
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Understanding of methodologies and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
