Our client, with over 35 years of experience providing specialized aircraft MRO services across 15 locations worldwide, is looking for a candidate with proven expertise in customer service and production coordination. 

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of customer orders from inception to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate production schedules, manage production paperwork, and oversee the fulfilment process. You will collaborate closely with various departments and engage directly with customers to guarantee timely and complete deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Oversee customer orders from entry to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes opening and closing orders, generating customer quotes, and processing invoices.
  • Production Coordination: Work collaboratively with production teams to create and manage efficient production schedules that align with customer demands.
  • Documentation: Ensure all production paperwork and processes are adhered to, maintaining up-to-date records within the system daily.
  • Purchasing Process Management: Manage the business purchasing process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timely procurement of materials.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director on new projects, providing support and insights to drive successful outcomes.
