Role Type: Permanent (40 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days over including occasional weekends and out of hours where required)
Location: Central London Office (High Holborn)


We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Commercial Executive to join our dynamic commercial team and contribute to the achievement of our goals.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our Sales Executives, handling client flight requests and addressing queries related to various aspects of the client journey. Additionally, you will provide support to our in-house Sales and Operations Teams, who manage the post-sales aspects of our client's requirements. A familiarity with routes and aircraft capabilities is beneficial, and a genuine passion for all things Aviation is essential.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, sales, or an aviation-related role, or hold a relevant aviation degree.
Exceptional organisational skills are crucial, and you should thrive in a team environment. The role requires a commitment to working 5 out of 7 days, including on-call hours outside of the office and occasional weekends on a rota basis.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a Sales Executive role, making strong negotiation skills advantageous.
Responsibilities

  • Support the Aviation Sales Executive team throughout the sales process.
  • Manage all aspects of charter trips from liaising with our external partners such as aircraft operators and FBO’s
  • Proactively communicate with clients on operational restrictions (e.g., weather restrictions, slots, AOG’s and permit issues) and seek and offer suitable alternative options.
  • Maintain timely, factual, and accurate communication with Sales Executives on all aspects of their flight to ensure that client expectations are always fully aligned with reality.
  • Provide seamless customer service to develop rapport with Sales and Operation team members.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience in an operations role, sales, or aviation-related role
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills will be a pre-requisite.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel & Zoho in particular)
  • You’re proactive, service-driven, a keen team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You’re able to maintain accuracy, strong attention to detail, and deliver punctually even when working under pressure.
  • Experience using Avinode would be advantageous but not necessary
  • A great personality!
