An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Charter Sales Manager in Dubai or Vienna, 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle inbound and outbound charter sales inquiries, generating leads and proactively managing private jet charter requests from initial qualification to retention of clients.
  • Consistently meet or surpass established monthly and quarterly revenue targets, showcasing effective sales generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to tap into new markets and acquire new clients, leveraging data for targeted outreach.
  • Actively participate in lead generation activities, such as networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences, to broaden the client base.
  • Deliver exceptional account management to VIP clients, ensuring a premium service experience from start to finish.
  • Efficiently utilise CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring all sales activities are recorded and leveraged for follow-up opportunities and future sales growth.
  • Proactively offer expert travel advice and craft bespoke travel itineraries, ensuring client needs are thoroughly met for successful sales closures.
  • Upsell the clients Elite membership and additional concierge services, enhancing the overall travel experience.
  • Provide comprehensive account management for VIP clients within the EMEA region, delivering exceptional support at every stage of their booking experience.
  • Engage in continuous sales training to enhance techniques and strategies, particularly for closing high-value charter sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronise sales strategies with broader marketing campaigns for cohesive client outreach.


Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven sales acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, must have a strong track record in business aviation sales.
  • A portfolio of clients regularly using business aviation for business/leisure is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional ability to persuade and influence, coupled with a strategic sales mindset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury global destinations and high-profile global events.
  • A positive, resilient, and proactive approach to challenges and client needs.
  • Outstanding command of Business English with an ability to engage and communicate effectively with high-end clientele and corporate clients at all seniority levels.
  • Knowledge of one or more additional languages including Arabic, German, Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin are preferred.
  • Highly organized and disciplined in workload management, with an ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and tourism, paired with a keen insight into the latest trends in aviation and luxury travel.
