Loan Specialist
Moorpark, CA (ONSITE, 100% in office)
$23-24/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and validate data related to home loan processing.
• Initiate and manage third-party orders
• Review and verify loan documents to ensure compliance with standards.
• Respond promptly to routine inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Monitor work queues, taking action as necessary to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and department goals

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Previous experience in financial services is preferred; mortgage industry experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations related to lending and mortgages.
