In short, you will support the Development Director in the development of projects in Germany and you will be responsible for:

• Preparing Acquisition & Development Meetings for projects in Germany where you prepares the agenda and distributes minutes and action points after the meetings and these follows up;

• Provide support in the handling of Acquisition Files in the context of potential development projects (checking permit conditions, technical analyzes of the site,…);

• Provide support in the development process of projects. This includes, among other things ordering studies, checking plans,…;

• Management of project files (milestones, planning) of projects in development & implementation in Germany where points of the checklists and planning are updated on a regular basis followed up with the Development Director.

• Organization of events and important appointments for projects in Germany.
