My client based in Kirkby is seeking an experienced Purchase Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to join a friendly team, to provide extensive support across invoice processing, payment runs, expenses and reconciliations.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Checking high volume of invoices against PO
• Check and reconcile supplier statements
• Payments via BACS
• Deal with purchase enquiries
• Credit Card Reconciliation

Systems:

• Sage Line50
• Eque 2 Construct
