The successful sales coordinator will joining an established  business that is over 50 years old , and has traded successfully worldwide since its inception 

The responsibility of Sales Coordinator will include:

• Preparation of technical quotes
• Liaising with the customer base in the UK and Europe, from Architects to Sub Contractors
• Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely manner
• Understanding and promoting products
• Coordination of internal departments – Sales, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Finance, Design
• Providing excellent customer service to the client base through phone and email channels both proactively and re actively.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings ( desirable)
• Being the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team
• Excellent communications, organisational and problem solving skills
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous Internal Sales experience
• A background in the construction industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Personable and professional
• Keen, motivated and willing to learn
• Experienced using Microsoft programmes
• Previous experience using CRM Systems, ERP and Sage Accounting is desirable
