Stafforce are recruiting on behalf of our Elland based client.
- Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm ( office based )
- Holiday Entitlement 25 days plus statutory bank holidays totalling 33 days per annum
We are seeking a positive, sales / customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment.
Day to day, you will be answering the phone lines to be the first point of contact in a recognised market leading business, pricing services, understanding the jobs and cross selling multiple services and products. Ensuring the the best possible experience for their clients, at all times.
The successful candidate will be working within a team of strong sales members, they all play a key role on ensuring all enquiries & quotes are managed efficiently and orders are on the screen correctly, and play a huge part in the success of the business.
The department needs a confident individual, able to gain, absorb and share market knowledge, be pro-active at all times and continue to grow the market. Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage the workload, prioritising tasks, decision making and high attention to detail.
The general duties of the role will include:
• Preparation of technical quotes
• Liaising with the customer base in the UK and Europe, from Architects to Sub Contractors
• Dealing with sales enquiries in a timely manner • Understanding and promoting products
• Coordination of internal departments – Sales, Operations, Technical, Marketing, Finance, Design
• Providing excellent customer service to the client base through phone and email channels ,both proactively and re actively.
• Being the internal point of contact for the External Sales Team
• Occasional travel to the UK and Europe.
Skills and Experience Required
• Previous Internal Sales experience
• A background in the construction industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Personable and professional • Keen, motivated and willing to learn
• Experienced using Microsoft programmes
• Previous experience using CRM Systems, ERP and Sage Accounting is desirable
