This fast-growing Cheltenham business requires a Management Accountant on a permanent basis to assist with several entities in the group.

Role responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for various entities
• P&L review with commentary relating to any variances
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments and accruals
• Provide variance analysis and information to budget-holders
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide analytical support to the senior management team
• Ad-hoc reporting as required

Candidate background

• AAT qualified or equivalent with the desire to/or started ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Able to look at a P&L and review accordingly and draw conclusions
• Good level of Excel skills
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to challenge where required and enjoys building relationships across the business
