• Performs all position operations as directed by SWAT charts and supervisors.
• Performs typical Trim Press operations to support production goals in accordance with the Gibbs Shop Floor Management System.
• Performs typical operation of “Wheelabrator” to support production goals in accordance with the Gibbs Shop Floor Management System.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to Trim Lead or Group Lead.
• Assists in final packaging of products to be shipped to the customer.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Able to lift 50lbs continuously for the duration of both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
• Meet all physical and environmental requirements.
• Follows all IATF16949 and ISO 14001 guidelines
• Follows all prescribed safety regulations including the proper use of all required personal protective equipment.
• Follows all Environmental Policy and Quality Policy guidelines.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition according to established Gibbs 7-S guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
