Job Title: Octane/ALM Migration Specialist
Location: Remote (EST/CST time zone)
Description:
We're hiring a skilled Octane/ALM Migration Specialist to join our remote team. You'll lead ALM data migration to Octane, ensuring smooth transitions for our clients' app development, testing, and defect tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ALM/QC solutions organization-wide for seamless integration.
- Develop custom migration solutions based on approved designs.
- Utilize ALM/Octane APIs for efficient data transfer.
- Set up Octane Enterprise for enhanced project management.
- Execute complex SQL queries for data tasks.
- Apply DevOps techniques for streamlined integration.
- Design automation frameworks for testing complex functionalities.
- Configure and use ALM/QC, Octane, JIRA, and other tools effectively.
- Integrate data between ALM/QC, Octane, JIRA, etc.
- Build informative dashboards for project insights.
- Familiarity with Source Code Management and CI/CD tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ALM/QC and Octane administration, migration, and data mapping.
- Extensive knowledge of DevOps principles.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and test automation tools.
- Experience with ALM/QC OTA & Workflow, and integration with JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability for milestone-based work.
- Prior experience with ALM to Octane migrations and testing tool migrations preferred.
