About the Role

As the Chief Technologist, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality medical imaging services in a public hospital setting. Leading a skilled team of radiographers and sonographers, you will drive clinical excellence while optimising business performance. Your role will include:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring top-tier imaging services.

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support to a dedicated team.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders.

  • Balancing clinical expertise with operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Radiographer or Sonographer with full working rights in Australia.

  • CT or Ultrasound experience is essential.

  • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused professional with excellent people skills.
