BE Recruitment ltd are working with a Automotive company based in Coleshill, who are actively seeking 10x Intermediate Level Setters.
To be considered for this role you must have setter experience.

Duties for a setter will include...
- Setting/Operating of progression and transfer presses upto 1000T
- Understanding of automated press operations
- New job programming
- Supporting tool trials on new part introduction
- Trains others throughout job levels from entry to advance.
- Identify and implement process improvements where possible.
- Completing multiple/complex tool changes as and when required
- Advanced problem resolution/solving

Shifts for the Setter role:
10pm til 6am Monday-Thursday
Friday 5pm til 10:30pm
Pay rate for the Setter role:
The pay rate is £16.68 per hour.
