About the role:

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

• Troubleshooting and fault finding
• Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
• Assisting in the assembly, repair, and maintenance of various components
• Working on engineering projects and capital installations
• Operating workshop machines and supporting the inspection and packaging maintenance department

What we’re looking for

• Knowledge of power tools with a mechanical mindset and a desire to understand how things work
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in a factory environment
• Punctual, reliable, resilient, and respectful with a willingness to listen, learn, and take direction
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a hands-on setting
• A valid Driver's Licence and vehicle, and a white card (preferred, but not essential)
