Our client is an instantly recognisable telecommunications business. You would be joining a flexible team. This role would suit a commercially minded VAT compliance professional. You will be responsible for the preparation and filing of the UK group's quarterly VAT returns, while also advising on VAT related queries.
Duties
- Managing the preparation, consolidation and filing of the company's UK VAT returns
- Supporting with the provision of VAT advisory services
- Supporting the design and delivery of an updated indirect tax risk framework
- Managing VAT tax risks, including tax audits
- Review and document VAT processes in line with the governance framework
About you
- Commercially minded VAT compliance professional
- Good understating of UK VAT return preparation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of Excel, with desire to embrace new technology
