Our client is a leading manufacturer of manufacturing components into a variety of different sectors. They are looking for a Production Engineer.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review of customer purchase orders
- Read engineering drawings
- Raising quotes and placing orders for materials and tools required
- Working with production and engineering department to aid with any production or tooling issues
- Planning and scheduling production
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Production planner with a engineering background would be ideal
- CNC Background
- IT Literate - Using computer system for Production Planning
