Customer Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager, on-site (SM050923LSMHOS) London, England

Salary: GBP34000 - GBP38000 per annum
Customer Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Client Relationship Manager - On-site
Salary up to £38k

To oversee and manage the day-to-day on-site operations to include:

a) Effectively managing the on-site distribution team, allocating workloads.
b) Ensuring all required contractual services are provided fully and delivered to a high standard.
c) Facilitate staff training.
d) Manage staff attendance, back to work interviews plus holiday planning.
e) Manage accurate payroll data.
f) To ensure all operations fully comply with Health & safety procedures and guidelines. H&S at work act 1974.
g) Ensuring all services are delivered with the agreed parameters.
h) Support internal audit processes.
i) Effectively deal with internal and external customers and develop relations with Key Trust personal.
j) Liaising between customers and central operations & distribution teams.
k) To deputise for the Contracts Manager where required and attend service review meetings with the customer.
l) Gathering service performance data to ensure KPI’s are maintained.
m) To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.
