The Mandeville Recruitment Group is currently seeking a high energy, proactive and successful Senior Showroom Sales Advisor, Senior Sales Advisor - Luxury - for a forward thinking e-commerce retailer located in the Thames Valley.
Role Summary:
As a senior sales associate, it is your responsibility to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and a memorable experience during their visit. This includes answering their questions about the products, demonstrating the features & benefits, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and presentable showroom environment. You will strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and contribute to creating a positive reputation for the showroom.
Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers about the products and services offered.
• Strong sales skills: sales techniques to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Customer-oriented approach: a friendly and professional demeanour, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Organization and attention to detail: ability to accurately process customer orders and maintain a well-organized showroom.
• Time management: ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of customers.
• Basic computer skills: familiarity with basic computer software systems to process customer orders and to produce sales reports.
• Ability to work well in a team: willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Flexibility: availability to work weekends and evenings, as required, to meet customer needs.

The successful candidate is likely to have the following credentials:
• Sales experience: previous experience in a sales role, especially in the luxury goods industry.
• Customer service experience: experience in customer-facing roles, where you have demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Product knowledge: prior knowledge and experience with high-end luxury goods.
• Fashion or luxury retail experience: experience working in a high-end retail environment, where you have demonstrated an understanding of the latest fashion and luxury trends.
• Retail operations experience: experience in a retail operations role, such as stock management or point-of-sale systems.
Hours & Location:
5 days per week, including Saturdays
We operate 09:00-17:00 with a 1-hour, unpaid lunch.
Perks & Benefits:
• 25 days holiday per annum in addition to statutory holiday, after 2 years’ service 1 additional day per year up to 5 additional days.
