Key Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of Sales Budget Targets: Lead the charge in achieving our ambitious sales targets, aiming for £15 million by the end of 2026.
2. Sales Team Management: Manage and lead our dedicated sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
3. Team Development: Upskill, mentor, and coach the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
4. Customer Acquisition: Identify and bring in new customers, cultivating long-term relationships built on trust and value.
