About the Role:
Our client is a well-established leader in the health and beauty retail sector. They are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee a network of approx. 20 stores across Essex and North of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive performance and deliver exceptional results in a sales-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers to achieve sales and operational excellence.
• Drive sales growth and consistently exceed KPI targets across your region.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability.
• Ensure operational standards and customer service excellence are maintained.
• Act as a mentor and coach to build high-performing teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or equivalent in a fast-paced retail or sales-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver strategic goals.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience in the professional hair and beauty sector (desirable but not essential).
