Sales Representative, Account Executive, Sales Executive - Basic £35-42k
My client are a leading producer & supplier to the reinvigorated hospitality industry who are looking to capitalise on the gradual return to normality. The role is to increase sales into restaurants – mainly London.
You will be responsible for a mix of lapsed and new customers, selling our core product range of fresh & frozen produce.
The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, ideally including having sold to restaurants.
You will be responsible for (re)opening the accounts, getting approved as a supplier, agreeing delivery times etc and taking orders daily.
You will be dealing with procurement depts. to get listed but then building the trust of the kitchen, so you become the first call the chef makes.
COVID hit the industry hard, but we need to stop using it as an excuse and rebuild the restaurant side of the business.
Commission is on all sales they are responsible for and is not capped.
The role is fully hybrid with a mix of being in the office, working from home and out visiting restaurants – the successful applicant will have the experience to determine their own working pattern to maximise sales.
