MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

FMCG MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

WIRRAL AREA

Days including earlier finish on Fridays

Bonus, Matched Pension, Healthcare and Further Benefits included

£50,000 - £60,000

Role Description

• Manage daily transaction (Cash, AP and AR)
• Monitor stocks and responsible for stock accounting and report
• Monthly closing for individual legal entities as well as assisting group consolidation
• Monthly analytics on P&L and Balance Sheet
• Budget on legal entities as well as assisting group budget
• Partner with business unit directors to manage operation and deliver result
• Set up procedures and implement internal control in entities
• Support annual audit
• Responsible for statutory reporting, tax and other statutory requirement of legal entities

Skills and Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience Required
• Previous Experience in a Management Accountant Role or similar
• Understanding of VAT reconciliation
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
