NATS Solutions are currently seeking to recruit Air Traffic Controllers to join their team based at Middle Wallop in Hampshire, home of Army Aviation. NATS Solutions provide ADI services to Military and Civilian aircraft in accordance with both CAA and MAA regulations.
As the ADI rated Air Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a Military Training establishment that homes various aircraft types. It would be helpful if you have an understanding of Military procedures; however, if you do not, we will be able to provide training.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Operating to Civil and Military Regulatory requirements and Company procedures, you will provide an air traffic service to ensure the safe, orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic, both on the ground and flying in the vicinity of Middle Wallop.
- You will be expected to fully embrace key underpinning functions such as safety management and training processes to assist both the Unit and the wider overarching Marshall Contract.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Air Traffic Controller, you can demonstrate the highest professional standards as a core member of the operational team at Middle Wallop.
- You may be considered from individuals who do not currently hold any ratings, as training maybe provided to you, based on your skills and experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold or attain a Class 3 European Medical Certificate.
- Hold a valid UK ADI Rating. An APS rating would be advantageous.
- Have the ability to think laterally and to remain calm under pressure.
- Have excellent team working skills.
- Have the ability to work shifts
