JOB TITLE ; AVEVA Engineer ( Electrical & Instrument )

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure awareness of and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by subordinates and contractors.
Ensure the Iimplementation, Aavailability, Update and accurate ALS field E&I data using AVEVA Electrical and Instrumentation.
Management of all Brownfield and Green field projects and keep the AL Shaheen field wide Engineering data updated.
Ensure that E&C requirements regarding the reference, the format and the handover of E& I data, Datasheets, registers ,
Lists, drawings and documents by Contractors are recorded. properly applied and issued.

ACTIVITIES
Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as protection of the environment in his activities.
Development and Management of Catalogue, Symbols..
Configuration of drawings template/ SEED for Termination, , Loop, Hook-up, Installation, Cable Block, KOL/SLD Drawings,
Configuration of Lists, Reports, Rules. Management of Class Definitions in conjunction with Company MDM
Maintenance of a Centralized Electrical and database and Tag master list for the ALS field.
Setup Data replication between Company master and Manage data exchange between Company, EPC contractors,
EPsCm contractors satellite locations and ensure continuous data exchange.
AVEVA E&I Administration, Audit & Controls and performance of routine checks through verification and project auditing.
Customize reports from AVEVA Electrical and Instrumentation to prepare Master Electrical List, Instrument Index,
Cable schedule etc.Manage the List, Index and Datasheet templates as per Company standards.
Integration of data with AVEVA E3D , AVEVA Engineering , Diagrams and AVEVA Net.
Set up AVEVA Electrical and Instrumentation with necessary integration of master data management.
Promote adoption of the usage of the tools and data by emphasizing and establishing the Value gained in using data
driven approach.
Support Administration and Management of 3D modelling activities.
Propose, and implement continuous improvements for Application , Data management and workflow.
Evaluate new Software versions, developments and adopt them for advancement of the E&I Data usage.
Prepare the Electrical and Instrumentation data for the interface and data population with AVEVA Net.Support to
Digital Twin and 1D data population activities to DPG .
Responsibility for quality and safety for discipline activities for data updation executed under the 3D modeling contract
and report planning/budgeting issues
Contribute to the development of the plans, schedules and estimates for the individual E&C project scopes.
Report to Lead on a weekly basis and when decisions impacting E&C activities must be taken

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – in relevant Technical domain or equivalent.
Recognized expertise, In-depth knowledge and Hands on Experience in setting up and administration of AVEVA
Engineering for oil & gas facilities with minimum 10 years of experience • Owner operator experience will be
advantage.
Good exposure to AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA Electrical AVEVA Engineering and Integration tools.with
associated skills in Engineering & Construction aspects and competencies in multi disciplines (Mech,PVV, Safety,
E&I, etc.).
Expert user of SQL, Excel with ability to automate upload, refine and process the data using Excel,
Experience in using AVEVA Engineering ,AVEVA Diagrams and AVEVA Net will be an advantage.
Experience in Data management, Data class libraries, Class definitions,
Experience in Interface management with other tools specifically AVEVA tools to integrate the information.
Ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Extensive (minimum 5 years) experience in AVEVA Instrumentation and Electrical.
