Description
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational, and HR policies, including housekeeping procedures.
- Execute the purchasing plan by converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
- Analyse past purchasing plans for deviations and work with Procurement to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to meet delivery dates, quantity requirements and Supply Chain management.
- Communicate purchasing issues promptly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve KPIs related to service, working capital, and cost goals.
- Drive corrective actions for inventory discrepancies and notify relevant parties.
Candidate's Profile
- As per the nationalisation law requirements of the UAE, candidates should have a Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field of study.
- 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Experience working with MS Office tools, primarily Excel.
