Bulk Analyst

Job Purpose

You will hold the P401 asbestos certificate and have experience carrying out bulk analysis of asbestos samples and experience working in a laboratory environment. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Must possess the P401 asbestos certificate. The ability to work independently and organise their workload effectively. Be flexible and demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience working in a laboratory environment within the asbestos field. Book in samples received from site and prepare for analysis. Carry out bulk analysis of samples for fibre content and report findings. Get involved with other laboratory duties - quality control, etc. Produce certificates. Must possess the P401 asbestos certificate.

Experience, Skills & Requirements

• P401 Certification
• Good IT skills including MS Office
• Exceptional organisational skills
• An eye for detail
• Being able to work as part of a team but also able to work on own initiative
