Are you a Production Team leader or a Production Shift Manager looking to join a business that gives you the opportunity to help your grow and develop your team?
My client are a plastic manufacturing company in Norwich who are looking for a Production Shift Supverisor to join the business.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing a team of around 10 made up of Setters and Operators
- Reporting into the Production Manager
- Developing the team in terms of training, meeting KPI targets and general improvements of the team
- Carrying out handovers every shift
- Assisting with the budgeting for the department alongside the manager
- Making sure the team are adhering to health and safety standards
- Carrying out general admin tasks - Discaplinaries
