Machine Operator 

Based in Hertfordshire Region 

3 Shift (Earlies, Lates and Nights - 8 hour shifts)

Paying up to £30,000

Are you an Operator who has been in a company for the last few years and now looking for a change of industry or a different shift pattern?

I am currently working with a recyclable packaging manufacturer based in the Hertfordshire region who are looking for a Machine Operator to join their small but growing team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Manager
• Operating Bimech machines or bagging machinery
• You will be shadowing another colleague to give you time to get used to the machinery and how to operate it comfortably by yourself
• Setting up, Troubleshooting, Quality checking machinery
• Working within a team of 8 other operators
• You will be working on 1 sole machine each, will help out the other operators when needed
• Will be operating a computer system (A software for processing and managing of documents and data)

To be considered for this position you will have experience operating and setting machinery within a factory environment, and you should be comfortable working independently.
