Salary: GBP26000 - GBP26000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator working with our client based in Markfield, Leicestershire on a full time and permanent basis.

 

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17.30pm (17:00pm on Fridays).

We are looking for a team player who can support our colleagues in achieving customer needs. This is an opportunity to join a fantastic team and a well-established, market-leading company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders from point of order to delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Create customer invoices.
  • Respond to customer queries and inquires via telephone and email.
  • Organise transport for deliveries.
  • Prepare customer quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Liaise with the sales team, manufacturers and customers.
  • Perform other administration duties as assigned to support overall team objectives.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration is essential with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Work well under pressure whilst retaining a calm and positive attitude.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
