Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Location: Southampton

Salary: £11.44 up until April 2025, then rising to £12.21ph

Type: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday 9am to 4.30pm

 

We’re looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our client to assist customers with reservations. This is a routine customer service role where you will be taking calls, processing bookings, and helping customers with basic queries

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Provide customers with options and confirm booking details.
  • Input customer information and booking details into our system.
  • Handle simple queries regarding availability.
  • Maintain basic records of bookings and customer interactions.
  • Follow set scripts and procedures when interacting with customers.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to speak clearly and follow instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and booking systems.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional on the phone, even during repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail is important but you won’t be asked to make decisions on your own.
