Stafforce are currently recruiting for a team member to join our clients customer services department. The role is based fully on site and is working supporting customers with orders, after care and ensuring their transactions with my client are seamless. 

The Role;

- dealing with phone calls and emails with customer queries 

- Complaint handling should the situation arise

- Update the database with all communications 

- Provide quotes and leads to internal and external teams 

The Candidate;

- Excellent communication skills 

- Organisational Skills & a team player 

- Strong skills with Microsoft office 

- Excellent Time management & Work Prioritisation
