Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Application Developer with a strong foundation in modern front-end and back-end technologies. This role involves building dynamic dashboards, backend services, and scalable software solutions used across engineering and executive teams. You'll work on systems that support real-time lab equipment tracking and utilization analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, NodeJS, Python, and supporting technologies.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support efficient frontend-backend communication.

• Implement interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and user experience.

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following secure coding practices.

• Lead or contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.

• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of software quality.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of full stack web application development experience with a strong focus on React.

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.

• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

Preferred Experience & Tools:

• Database technologies: SQL/NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Real-time communication: WebSockets.

• Backend and systems programming: Multithreading, FastAPI.

• DevOps & tooling: Git, Docker, Linux environments.

• Visualization & reporting: Familiarity with charting libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js).

• Agile development methodology and CI/CD practices.
