I am working with a Software Business that are looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Ideally you will have experience with sales or account management in Software Environments. If you have experience with Insurance or Software, it is a plus.

 

You will have strong account management skills and focus on clients getting the most out of the services they are using.

You should have a customer first mindset, monitoring customer feedback, making sure to maintain the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop customer relationships, enhancing their experience and building trust.

Provide support to Account Managers.

Review transactions and provide reports for internal use.

Focus on increasing customer knowledge to get the most out of services provided.

Evaluate customer needs to enhance products provided through feedback.

Build training plans

Develop customer success plans and work with internal stakeholders to meet customer need.

Create business cases accordingly

Support opportunities for growth – spotting opportunity for additional sales.

Keep up to date with current market trends.

Continuous communication.

Onboarding new customers

Renewal of customer contracts, looking for cross sell opportunities.

Monitor and feedback on customer account usage.

Promote customer loyalty, devising loyalty programs and assist marketing team in creating collateral.

Monitor issues raised, escalating where necessary.

 

Experience:

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management within a software or insurance industry.

Awareness of contractual terminology

Managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders

Understanding of software in the insurance industry

Knowledge of software development lifecycle, product lifecycle is an advantage.

Knowledge of insurance industry, broking business processes is an advantage.
