Blue arrow are currently recruiting for a large number of customer service advisor roles on behalf of one of our
prestigious clients. The roles will be commencing on the 17th August and located in the Dearne valley area of Rotherham/Barnsley.
Wage: £9.30 per hour
Contracted hours: 40 paid hours per week
Location: Dearne Valley (S63 Postocode)
Hours of operation:
8:00am – 21:00pm (Monday to Friday)
9:00am – 18:00pm (Saturday/Sunday work)
Candidates must be fully flexible with hours.
The Role:
Working on behalf of one of our trsusted clinets , you will take inbound calls from customers for sales and service queries. Customers can be calling up for a range of different reasons, the role will be to pitch additional products from an effective needs analysis. The role will require advisors to pitch our clients products and services and also good customer service, as well as objection handle. An account review is to be held on each call and ensure that all oppurtunities for our clients products and services are given to each customer to make sure they are getting the best value for money.
What we are looking for:
- Work in a busy call centre environment making sales to new & existing customers
- Following up enquiries previously made, seeing sales through end to end
- Make a high volume of calls meeting challenging KPI’s
- Be confident conducting an effective needs-analysis to effectively pitch the benefits of gas and electricity packages
- A clear communicator over the phone
- Straight talking - able to talk people patiently through processes in a clear “jargon free” way
- Hungry to achieve sales target
- Passionate about delivering personal and brilliant customer experience
