We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect for a long-term daily contract role, initially for 6 months, based in Melbourne or Perth. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the office. The organisation is implementing SailPoint and has recently deployed CyberArk. While experience with SailPoint is desired, it is not a must. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong identity architecture experience to shape and drive a major IAM transformation.

About the role:

• Lead the architecture and design of identity management solutions.
• Define the strategic direction for identity and access management frameworks.
• Drive the implementation of SailPoint and ensure its integration with existing systems.
• Leverage CyberArk for privileged access management, ensuring effective integration.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver robust identity governance solutions.
• Provide leadership and expertise to guide the overall identity architecture strategy.

About you:

• Proven experience in designing and architecting identity and access management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance frameworks and tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Expertise in the design and implementation of IAM solutions at an enterprise level.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate IAM systems with complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on security and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead projects and teams.
