Avionics Systems Engineer
ENGINEERING & TRAINING SYSTEMS
TRAINING AIRCRAFT
Location: Stans, Switzerland
Responsabilities
- Design, development, and management of avionics systems integration into the Trainer Aircraft
- Responsibility for aircraft level system developments
- Compilation and review of test requirements and support to ground/flight testing
- Preparation and review of system requirement documents and certification engineering reports as well as analysis of in-service problems and definition of solutions
- Liaising with external suppliers and certification authorities on a technical level
- Support to the production line and customer support organisations
Requirements
- University Degree in electrical or aerospace engineering
- A minimum of 10 years' experience designing and developing integrated avionics systems, e.g. electronic displays, navigation, communication and utilities systems, and aircraft electrical power systems
- Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements
- Fluency in English (C1) with good communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work under challenging timescales in a dynamic and responsive environment
- Ability to deal with different stakeholders in a multicultural organization
