On behalf of our client, we are thrilled to announce a vital opening for a Care Co Ordinator. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our client’s fast-paced home care service, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Schedules: Coordinate daily rosters for homecare support workers.
• Communication: Maintain professional relationships with service users, staff, and
management.
• Administrative Tasks: Process new referrals, manage inquiries, and handle complaints with empathy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with support workers, service users, and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Project Involvement: Participate in various projects to enhance service delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Engage in the development and evaluation of home care policies and quality assurance programs.


Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in a client care role or similar background. Experience
as a Scheduler/Service Coordinator in home care or healthcare is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong communication,
planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle pressure, and adapt to
a busy environment. Empathy and negotiation skills are crucial.
• Commitment: Willingness to think outside the box and take part in continuous professional
development.
