About the Role:


Are you a CRM professional with a passion for driving customer engagement through innovative communication channels? A global luxury brand, consistently surpassing global targets for the past five years, is seeking a CRM Manager to take the reins of their Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations. Based in New York, this exciting opportunity allows you to manage and optimize SMS, Email, and Direct Mail campaigns across three international territories, working within a high-performing, flexible environment.


As the CRM Manager, you will lead the execution of day-to-day CRM activities, ensuring that customer journeys are personalized, targeted, and creating an impact. In addition, you will be managing a team of three direct reports, providing coaching and guidance to elevate performance. This is an extraordinary opportunity to have exposure to the executive board level, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of a renowned luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run CRM campaigns across SMS, Email, and Direct Mail channels, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer segmentation strategies, and global brand objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day CRM activities for three international territories, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 CRM professionals, providing coaching and developing their skills to ensure high levels of performance and career growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Design, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized customer experiences.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to drive optimization and future strategy.
  • Implement and manage testing strategies (A/B tests, personalization) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all CRM communications adhere to brand standards and compliance regulations.
  • Work closely with the customer insights team to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop practical strategies to improve engagement and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM management, specifically with SMS, Email, and Direct Mail channels.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong people management skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across international territories simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and interact with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in the luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Conscientious, with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
