About the company:

Our client provides essential water and wastewater services, ensuring clean drinking water for the community. They manage infrastructure to support sustainable water distribution and focus on improving quality, expanding services, and helping the environment.

About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in Business Administration. Supporting the IT Department your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Help track and manage the company’s IT assets, like software and hardware.
  • Provide regular updates and support to customers, ensuring excellent service and addressing any issues with IT assets or software.
  • Make sure the right software licenses are used and renew them when needed.
  • Support the team with software purchases, keeping everything organized and updated.
  • Work with others to ensure all tech equipment is working properly and compliant with company policies.

What we’re looking for

  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a good work ethic.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with others.
  • Work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check
