Recruitment Administrator (RECADMIN) Altrincham, England

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Duration: 3 months

Job Type: Contract – Possibility for extension/permanent opportunity

Location: Remote – team based out of Altrincham, Manchester

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour – PAYE Weekly Pay

Start Date: 3rd June

Shifts: 40 hours per week, hours between 8:30 – 17:30 Monday - Friday

This role will provide administrative support to a Customer Service Recruitment Team within our recruitment agency.

Overview of the Role:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment consultants
  • Maintain communication with candidates and provide updates to the wider recruitment team
  • Support the team with general recruitment administration
  • Assist with compliance for onboarding new starters

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Passionate about kickstarting a career in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle a busy workload effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
