Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Duration: 3 months
Job Type: Contract – Possibility for extension/permanent opportunity
Location: Remote – team based out of Altrincham, Manchester
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour – PAYE Weekly Pay
Start Date: 3rd June
Shifts: 40 hours per week, hours between 8:30 – 17:30 Monday - Friday
This role will provide administrative support to a Customer Service Recruitment Team within our recruitment agency.
Overview of the Role:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment consultants
- Maintain communication with candidates and provide updates to the wider recruitment team
- Support the team with general recruitment administration
- Assist with compliance for onboarding new starters
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Passionate about kickstarting a career in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle a busy workload effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
