A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Manager to join a UK known manufacturer in the Droitwich Area!
With no day ever being the same the Planning Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage WIP and inventory to meet budgeted working capital targets.
- Responsible for creating and releasing work orders
- Accountability for achieving OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery for production.
- Manage and monitor production schedules
- Provide daily updates on reports and planning tools
- Line manager of 1 individual
- Driving on-time delivery through rigorous planning and ERP compliance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience using MRP systems
- Good understanding of Capacity Planning
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in a heavy environment – Aerospace / Foundry / Waste
- Supervisory / Management experience is desirable
