A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Production Manager to join a UK known FMCG manufacturer in the Exeter Area!

With no day ever being the same the Shift Production Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all activities across the site. Managing a team of 50+
• Lead and manage 5S Process across the site
• Ensure the environmental management system is followed and adhered to complying with ISO 14001/50001
• Deliver the production plan to the required and budgeted time line
• Manage teams training and development needs and maintain training record/matrix

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Food / FMCG industry experience
• Supervisory/Management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong health and safety experience and knowledge
• 5S process knowledge
• Have a strong continuous improvement initiative
