Hours: M – F, 9:00-5:30 PST
OT as needed
Location - Onsite in SF
Duration – Ongoing, depending on client needs
Candidates should have an office services background, including experience with the following:
General Office Services
Catering setup and cleanup
Reception Coverage
Conference room setup and cleanup
Restocking kitchens
Clean up of common areas
Mail drop off and pick up + mail and package processing
Fed Ex drop offs
Replenish paper in copiers
Print requests
Binder requests
