About this Vacancy:

Working with a leading automotive company, The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating service and repair activities for transport units. 

Duties:

As a Service Advisor/Controller in this organisation, you will:

• Liaise with customers
• Schedule appointments
• Manage technicians
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery

About You:

• Analytical Skills & great Communication
• Accurate Reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
