Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Blackwood
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4 30pm
About this Vacancy:
The successful candidate will work alongside the Finance Manager dealing with various clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties:
. Checking incoming and outgoing payments for accuracy
. Compiling expenditure reports for management
. Reconciling accounting data
. Creating and processing invoices
. Assisting with the purchase ledger
About You:
. Experience in a similar role is desirable
. Familiarity with Quickbooks
What is on offer?
. £12.50 per hour
. Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4 30pm
. This is a temporary role.
