ABOUT THE COMPANY
TwoScots are currently partnering with a rapidly growing labour hire company based in Mount Waverly. Due to their expanding business, they are currently looking for an experienced Financial Account to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career as there may be an opportunity to lead a team in the future! The office has free parking on site and great facilities. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background working for a labour hire company previously and the business is open to sponsoring for the right person!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Involved in the month end process, preparation and review of reconciliations and journals for a number of entities
- Preparation of annual financial statements.
- Oversee AR, AR and payroll
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Other ad hoc finance duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- CA/CPA qualified ore equivalent
- 3 + years experience in a Financial or Management accounting role
- Previous experience working in Labour Hire or a similar industry would be highly regarded
- Experience assisting with Budgeting & Forecasting
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A supportive and friendly team player!
