My client is currently looking for a new client focused account manager, you will be the main point of contact for primarily new clients, ensuring their needs are met and being the main point of contact between client and supplier.
The job:
- Relationship building with new clients
- Ensuring customer needs are being met and providing recommendations
- Bringing project from inception through to delivery
- Translate clients needs to the wider team and ensure they are met
- Marketing focused position
The key requirements:
- Digital Marketing experience
- Project management & project management software skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Management of multiple complex client needs
- Previous ecommerce experience is desirable
